I am interested in presenting case study and best practices details to the attendees at KMWorld 2009. We have integrated a community model into our internal knowledge capture and sharing processes, and have implemented new measurement systems that assess value of knowledge contributions. We are seeing some amazing success and I have spoken to industry leaders at two conferences recently about how it can be applied in most any industry.
