Great to hear from you, Robert. We are always looking for practitioners and great stories about KM. We are very close to finalizing the program for KMW09 (our call for speakers closed in April) but you can email me at jane (at) dysartjones.com. Thanks for your interest!

Jane,

I am the Director of Knowledge Management for Symantec and recently came across the resources provided by KM World. I am interested in presenting case study and best practices details to the attendees at KMWorld 2009. We have integrated a community model into our internal knowledge capture and sharing processes, and have implemented new measurement systems that assess value of knowledge contributions. We are seeing some amazing success and I have spoken to industry leaders at two conferences recently about how it can be applied in most any industry.

I am unable to access the call for speakers application and can't find any contact information that will allow me to discuss this with you. Please advise on how I may reach you!
