		<description>Bill mentions that McKinsey’s six success factors for Web 2.0 to proliferate within a company are similar to Knowledge Management best practices espoused in the 90’s. I agree and add that they are also closely aligned with general change management techniques: 

-Establish communications from the beginning
-Promote visible support from executives
-Explain the ‘why’s’
-Tailor your messages
-Leverage collaboration for greater reach, flexibility
